S&C Windows, a family run business.
S&C Windows is a family run business established over 22 years ago by Ted Cox. The company has since been past down to brothers David, Stephen and Henry Cox. The principles with which the company was founded, and which we still believe in today, haven't changed a bit.
At S&C we believe in value for money, taking pride in our work and ensuring that our customers are happy with the products and services we supply. That's why at S&C customers come first, and it's one of the reasons we don't take deposits on our window and door contracts. We think you should be completely happy with the work we have done for you before you pay a penny.
All our sales people have been with us for many years, and we don’t believe in “hard sell” tactics. We simply measure up, give you our advice and design suggestions, and leave you with a quotation. After that it's up to you; we never try to pressure you into making a decision.
We insist that all our fitters start from the bottom and work their way up. After years of working an “apprenticeship” they finally become fitters. They will treat your home with care and consideration as if it was their own, ensuring that everywhere is dust sheeted for protection, and they leave it as clean and tidy as when they arrived.
These ideas may seem strange in the fast moving world of today but we believe that they still hold true. Our family continues to run the business with the same ethos and standards with which it was started. Our sons now work for the company so you can be sure that with 3 generations involved we will be continuing our high level of service for at least another 20 years.
