Dear Mr Cox.
I am writing to you on two points. Firstly the installation and supply of our new double glazed windows and doors, and secondly the young man who fitted them.
We are so pleased with our new windows they have really transformed our home, the quality of the products is excellent, we are so pleased we went ahead with your company.
I must admit when we saw the young man who came to fit them we were concerned that he appeared so young, however these fears were totally groundless as he made such a wonderful job of the fitting, his attention to detail was very impressive, added to this was his impeccable manners, such a rare thing these days. He even put up with my 3 year old grandson who insisted on following him around the house and calling him “Bob the builder.”
The way the work was carried out and the whole experience of buying from your company leaves me with no reservations in recommending you to my friends and neighbours.

Just a note to thank all at S&C for my window installation today, not forgetting of course those who actually made such an excellent product.
We were pleased to welcome the “A Team”, both of whom have been here before, and we were grateful for their kindness and quality of workmanship – qualities that are not all that common these days I’m afraid.
